We do not intentionally collect special-category (“sensitive”) data. If such information is volunteered in coaching sessions it is processed under strict confidentiality (see §7).

We operate a double-opt-in list. If you tick “Yes” to receive insights or offers, we’ll email you until you unsubscribe (link in every email). If you are an existing client, we may send relevant service updates under legitimate interest; you can still object at any time (see §10).

Some providers (e.g., Zoom, Stripe) are headquartered in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or vendor certification under an approved adequacy framework to safeguard your rights.

We employ industry-standard technical and organisational measures: HTTPS encryption, role-based access, 2-factor authentication for admin tools, and regular staff training on data protection.

11. Children

Our services are aimed at adults ≥18 years old. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe a minor has provided data, please contact us for immediate deletion.

We may update this notice periodically. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance.
