We do not intentionally collect special-category (“sensitive”) data. If such information is volunteered in coaching sessions it is processed under strict confidentiality (see §7).

We operate a double-opt-in list. If you tick “Yes” to receive insights or offers, we’ll email you until you unsubscribe (link in every email). If you are an existing client, we may send relevant service updates under legitimate interest; you can still object at any time (see §10).

Our services are aimed at adults ≥18 years old. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe a minor has provided data, please contact us for immediate deletion.
