1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.sagecon.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any coaching or consulting services (“Services”) from SAGECON Ltd (“SAGECON”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept every provision below, you must not use the Site or Services.
2. Our Services
SAGECON delivers a holistic Business-Success Coaching & Consulting programme that resets your inner game (mindset, beliefs, habits) and engineers your outer game (strategy, systems, environment) to accelerate measurable results. Services are delivered online or on-site, as specified in your individual agreement.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. By booking, you confirm all information supplied is true and complete.
4. Booking, Fees & Payment
Booking: Introductory calls are scheduled via our online calendar after completion of a short Fit-Check questionnaire.
Fees: Programme fees, payment schedules and any travel costs are outlined in your Service Agreement or invoice.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer and major credit/debit cards.
Late Payment: Overdue amounts incur interest at 2 % per month (or the maximum lawful rate, if lower) until paid in full.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Client-Initiated: You may reschedule a session once per billing cycle with ≥24 h notice.
Our-Initiated: We reserve the right to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances; we will offer the nearest available slot.
Programme Withdrawal: If you withdraw after programme commencement, all instalments due to date remain payable. See Refunds below.
6. Refund Policy
Because our work is largely intellectual capital delivered in real time, all payments are non-refundable once a programme or session has started, except where required by consumer-protection law. If you cancel ≥14 days before a paid programme begins, a 75 % refund will be issued; <14 days, 50 %; <48 h, 0 %.
7. Results Disclaimer
We share case studies where clients doubled results within 12 months, yet individual results vary based on your commitment and market factors. No guarantee is made that you will achieve specific revenue, profit or career outcomes.
8. No Professional Advice
Our Services are educational and coaching in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, mental-health or investment advice. Always consult the appropriate professional.
9. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Attend sessions on time and prepared.
Complete agreed actions between sessions.
Provide accurate financial or operational data when requested.
Failure to do so may impact outcomes and does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Confidentiality & Privacy
We treat all non-public business information you share as confidential and will not disclose it without consent, except as required by law. Our Privacy Notice (see separate page) explains how personal data is processed.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within the programme, including our proprietary inner-game / outer-game framework is owned by SAGECON or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for your internal business or personal development only. Reproduction, distribution or resale is prohibited without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAGECON shall not be liable for (i) indirect or consequential losses; (ii) loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill; or (iii) any amount exceeding the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAGECON, its directors (including founder Donal McCarthy), employees and agents from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
14. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to external websites. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content or practices.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services immediately if you breach these Terms. Clauses 7–13 survive termination.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
