As CEO, MD and strategic consultant I’ve overseen €200M operations, delivered double-digit revenue lifts and guided family businesses into corporate structures, always with a people-centred, results-driven style. Certified in Corporate Governance, Business & Leadership Coaching and NLP, I blend boardroom discipline with neuroscience-backed performance coaching to unlock both organisational and human potential.
